This is 40! Kim Kardashian celebrated her milestone birthday by jetting off to an undisclosed island with some of her closest friends and family. “For my birthday this year, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than with some of the people who have helped shaped me into the woman I am today,” Kardashian wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, October 27. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who turned 40 on October 21, shared a series of photos from the exotic getaway, including snaps with four of her five siblings — Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Rob Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian is getting majorly nostalgic! More than 9 months after giving birth to daughter North West, the significantly slimmed down star happily celebrated pal Ciara‘s impending bundle of joy at her baby shower on March 22.  Posting pictures of the singer’s festivities on Instagram, Kardashian, 33, posed with Ciara and friend LaLa Anthony at the outdoor bash.  The reality star wore a white cutout dress with a thigh-high leg slit and minimal jewelry.

Justice worked in Kim Kardashian's favor Tuesday. Shortly after Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries in October 2011, publicist Jonathan Jaxson became a talking head on various news programs, where claimed to be her employee from 2007 to 2009. He also alleged that the couple's 72-day marriage was "staged" for the cameras. On Wednesday, the 31-year-old E! star's lawyers issued a statement to Us Weekly, saying: "Kim Kardashian is very happy to announce that she has reached a settlement of her claims against Jonathan Jaxson.

Back at it again. Kim Kardashian took to her app on Friday, February 3, to share 20 unknown facts about herself, including the revelation that she has a freckle on her eyeball. (Kardashian was also, incidentally,Us Weekly‘s first featured celebrity in its “25 Things” franchise, in the February 23, 2009, issue!) In addition to the odd birthmark, Kardashian, 36, also revealed that she has six piercings — “one belly button, one in right ear, 3 on my left lobe and one really high on left ear” — and a tendency to sleep with her eyes “slightly open,” which “scares the s–t out of people.
