After The Conners killed off Roseanne Barr’s eponymous character in 2018, the comedian is not interested in watching the sitcom.
“I just can’t bear it, so I don’t,” Barr, 70, told The Los Angeles Times in an interview published on Thursday, February 9. “When they killed my character off, that was a message to me, knowing that I’m mentally ill or have mental health issues, that they did want me to commit suicide.”
She continued: “They killed my character … And all of that was to say thank you for bringing 28 million viewers, which they never had before and will never see again.
Someone, somewhere, has a very special souvenir from the Roseanne set. During a reunion with her TV daughter Sara Gilbert on The Talk on Tuesday, Aug. 5, former sitcom star Roseanne Barr retold a funny story involving a young George Clooney, who appeared in several episodes of her hit ABC series between 1988 and 1991. According to Barr, the then-future A-lister and notorious prankster took a picture of his genitals and taped it to the fridge, where it was apparently stolen from someone in the cast or crew.

The seven-minute clip, which was compiled by YouTube user James Hunter, includes footage from the presidential debates, the Republican National Convention and Trump’s acceptance speech from earlier this month, and points out behaviors that might be signs of autism.
“Barron Trump Autistic?” O’Donnell, 54, tweeted Monday.

Rumer Willis has sister Scout Willis' back, topless or not. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's oldest daughter, 25, told Access Hollywood on Tuesday, June 17, that she supports her younger sibling's protest of Instagram's nudity policy.
Scout, 22, made waves recently when she strolled topless through the streets of New York City as part of a "#FreeTheNipple" demonstration. "Legal in NYC but not on @instagram," she tweeted alongside one photo of herself walking bare-chested through Manhattan.
Rumer's sexy in those stars and stripes! She may be sidelined from Dancing With the Stars: Live! touring performance company, but that didn't stop an injured Rumer Willis from partying in her patriotic bikini in Las Vegas over the weekend. The DWTS Season 20 champ, 26, made her way to Las Vegas on Saturday, July 4, to celebrate Independence Day with none other than Khloe Kardashian.
"Happy birthday, U.S.," Willis Instagrammed on Saturday, posing in a teeny red, white, and blue bikini at Encore Beach Club alongside stylist Maeve Reilly.

When a rep for actress Abbie Cornish told UsMagazine.com in February that she had broken up with Ryan Phillippe, at least one person was surprised: Ryan Phillippe.
“I have a new rule: not to date anyone who has a publicist,” Phillippe quipped during a Monday radio interview on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM radio sho.
The actor explained that he and Cornish had privately ended their four-year romance face-to-face — but no one had warned him of an impending public statement claiming Cornish had dumped him.
